I paid for Pro but it isn't unlocked

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Pro is a one-time purchase, so restoring never charges you again.

Can I use Nought on more than one device?

Not at the same time. Nought keeps everything on the iPhone you logged it on — there is no account and nothing leaves the phone, so a second device starts empty. Moving to a new iPhone is different: restoring it from an iCloud or computer backup brings Nought's data across with everything else.

I logged the wrong thing today

Tap today again to undo it. Today stays open until midnight, so you can change your mind as many times as you need.

What happens when I run out of streak saves?

The challenge ends and you keep what you banked up to that point. You can start a new one straight away.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes everything it stored. To clear it without removing the app, use Erase all data in Settings. Either way there is nowhere else for a copy to be, so once it's gone it's gone — export first from Settings if you want to keep a record.
